Anita Pearce - has worked as an Estate Agent in Thornbury since the mid 1980’s and is a well-respected and trusted, local businesswoman. Her attention to detail and diligence on behalf of vendors is legendary. She has an outstanding knowledge of local people and property and can be called upon to help in all aspects of your property transaction.
Liz Freeman - an Estate Agent since leaving Marlwood School - has a wealth of experience in the South Gloucestershire area. Her warm, lively and friendly personality makes her a favourite with all our clients. Liz shares with us a rare Estate Agency attribute; candour, and has built up a reputation of trustworthiness throughout the area.
Tim Pearce - Managed the offices of "Sandoe Luce Paines" until it was absorbed by the Nationwide Building Society in the 1980's. He went on to become the Society's Southwest Regional Estate Agency Training Manager where he gained enormous experience in all aspects of the property market. As an auctioneer he became well known in the neighbourhood for residential property sales as well as conducting auctions of antiques, goods and chattels.
