“ … if you are expecting “Washingpool Cottage” to be a “small” house then think again… it’s a beautifully appointed family home boasting an extra large kitchen [with room for a dining table and sofa]; a lovely lounge facing the “class beating” garden; a more than adequate office that could easily double as a cinema room or play room; a ground floor cloakroom [WC] and 4 double bedrooms with 2 en-suites and an additional family bathroom. All presented to a very good standard the house was built just two years ago and complies with all modern building control standards. Outside you have a large garage and adequate parking for additional vehicle and, oh yes, there’s that garden – almost unheard of in a modern house this massive plot is laid mainly to lawn and offers scope to the “budding” [excuse the pun] horticulturalist. I was impressed – go and tell me you’re not. …”
