“ … if you are looking for a larger than average family home upon which you can “stamp” your own personality … this might be just what you’ve been looking for. Set on the very popular “Park Farm” development, where all streets are named after famous parks, Pittville Close [Pittville Park is in Cheltenham] has amongst the largest houses in this town. This four bedroom example faces out onto one of Thornbury’s famous “linear parks” and therefore, theoretically, has a stream at the end of the garden [although it is across the path and behind a wooden fence]. In practical terms however the house is beautifully situated for children of school age as they can actually walk to both Manorbrook [Infant and Primary] and Thornbury’s prestigious “Castle School”. If you want a house with three separate reception rooms, a large family kitchen, a ground floor loo, 4 double bedrooms and a decent sized double garage and you want to ditch “The School Run” in an effort to become more carbon friendly … go and see No, 11.
