Our Thoughts…
“… Cope Park is one of those funny places that not even local people can explain its whereabouts. It was built to give easy access to North Bristol and the Motorway network and yet be close to the beautiful countryside of South Gloucestershire. This particular example is a four bedroom detached house on a larger than average corner plot that faces west [back garden]. Being only about 1 mile from the Almondsbury interchange proves its “commutability” but its less than 5 miles from Thornbury centre and all we have to offer here. We won’t know what you will want to do with the property but we can guess that, when you see the garden, you will be able to imagine sitting on the patio after a busy day at the “coal-face” sipping something cool and enjoying the evening sunshine.
PS – the magnificent conservatory will provide the same advantage in even the least clement weather. … Viewing recommended …”
Directions…
From the Thornbury office turn left and proceed up the High Street to the mini roundabout, go straight over onto Bristol Road and continue up the hill to the traffic lights. Turn right onto the A38, proceed through Alveston and Rudgeway and into Almondsbury passing over the M4 via a flyover. Take the next left [after the pelican lights] into Florence Park and the next left into Cope Park. Proceed ahead and take the second real turning to the right where you will see our board prominently displayed.
