Our Thoughts

“…I can’t emphasise enough what a lovely and convenient village Severn Beach is! A stroll along the sea wall with the backdrop of the magnificent Severn Estuary and Wales will show you a whole new aspect of this county and if commuting is essential then you are within 5km of the motorway junction at Cribbs causeway. Here we offer a superb two bedroom ground floor apartment with the added benefit of two covered allocated parking spaces. The accommodation is offered in good order and has a strong management ethic to ensure continued desirability and maintenance. Just a few seconds walk from the front door is the magnificent sea wall but, more importantly for some, you are just 150 metres from the railway station of which the following is quoted:

Did you know that the Severn Beach Line is rated by Thomas Cook as one of the most scenic railways in Europe?  Setting off from Bristol Temple Meads and calling at nine stops along the way, it passes through the Avon Gorge and the mile-long tunnel under Clifton Down to meander down the Avon Valley to the Severn Estuary at Severn Beach.

The line provides a vital link for those who live near the line, enabling them to travel to work, visit friends and family or connect to the mainline at Temple Meads for onward travel”

So, style, convenience and good sea air – what a place to live and all for a great and competitive price. Viewing essential...”

Directions

From our offices turn left and drive up to Alveston and turn right opposite ‘The Ship Hotel’ onto Down Road. At the ‘Crosshands Inn’ turn right and take the B4461 all the way to the large roundabout at Aust. Take the first exit onto the coast road and continue for approximately 4.5km until the traffic lights. Ignore the right turn signposted to Severn Beach and continue over the motorway and through the next lights after which you turn left into Ableton Lane heading for the village. At the roundabout turn left and drive ahead until the sea wall rises in front of you. No 48 is on your right.
